Our duck hotpot consists simply of duck meat and green onions.Because it is so simple, we paid particular attention to everything from the ingredients to the soup stock.The more you eat, the more the umami of the duck and the sweetness of the leeks will be appreciated, and you can finish off with our proud soba noodles.We will also suggest sake to go with your meal.
